Jam City Canceled Title
As a Lead 3D Artist, I managed a team of up to four 3D artists. I worked closely with the art director and other art leads to break down concepts into assets that could be modeled by the 3D team. I worked with tech art to help define workflows in Unity that benefit the art team and meet the design requirements of the game. I provided the 3D team feedback to ensure their work meets the visual style standard and I mentored artists to aid with their professional growth.
As a Senior 3D Artist I blocked in, modeled, and textured new biomes for the game world. I created the first sets of alternate outfits for the main characters and established the workflow for the rest of the team. During this time, I began mentoring the junior artists on the team and taught workflows to improve the visual fidelity of their work and the efficiency of their models and textures inside the 3D engine.
